Delicious varieties of food!



The French cuisine includes a wide variety of dishes. Has a great variety of cheeses and wines are the hallmarks of France in terms of gastronomy.

Famous French dishes:
* Blanquette de veau, or veal stew
* Coq au Vin (hen cooked in red wine)
* Cheeses

Famous dishes more exotic:
The dishes considered common in France than in other countries can be considered exotic:

* Cuisses of grenouilles (Frog Legs)
* Escargot (Snails)
* Caviar (sturgeon roe from non-fertilized, salted, preferably non-pasteurized (fresh) and no other type of additive, coloring or preservative)

Desserts:

* Crème brûlée the same as milk-cream in Portugal and Crema Catalana, Spain.
